  We had a positive experience with Karen Philips and Doma team. They were very helpful, courteous, offered great communication. We loved the apartment and location but due to change in priorities we decided to not move ahead.

  We lived in this building for two years, and our experience was wonderful. We recently moved to another city, so we had to leave, but we truly enjoyed living here.<br>The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the apartments are bright, warm, and comfortable. It was a great place to call home.<br>We would especially like to thank Miguel, the building manager. He is an amazing person--always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, Miguel was quick to respond and always made sure everything was taken care of. His dedication and kindness made a big difference during our time here.<br>We highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. Thank you for making our two years here such a positive experience!

  I was one of the first tenants in this building since March 2024. As the other reviews mentioned, this building is poorly constructed and not worth the price tag:<br><br>- Unit is always cold due to poor insulation. Heaters that do not heat the unit properly. My unit was averaging low 60s F although I set the heater to 75F, and my electric bill for months of December-March was $500-600 each month! The poor insulation also allows for critters to sneak in underneath the baseboards.<br>- water heater. I live alone. If I do a load of dishes with warm water and then shower, the end of my shower is lukewarm.<br>- thin walls. I can hear everything from a sneeze to a normal volume conversation from the adjacent unit as well as vacuuming from the floor above.<br>- garage access. It took over a year to finally fix the access.<br>- Peloton in gym. No one ever figured out how to start it up, so it has been sitting there for over a year not being used.<br>- Intercom/digital access. This doesn't wor

  The apartment was beautiful, as was the second floor lounge and terrace. The views were surprisingly pretty. Miguel, the super, was very kind and helpful. However, the leasing agent, who never shared his name, was extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment through the website, which you would think would mean the leasing agent would be affiliated with the building rather than a random realtor. Based on this guy's knowledge, seemed he was a random realtor, and an unprofessional one at that. He was 35 minutes late for the tour, he said because of inclement weather -- it had indeed been raining in the area shortly before, but not such that it would cause such a delay in getting there (I was also driving during the rain, which was moderate and certainly not thick enough to obscure vision). He texted beforehand that he would be 20 min late due to weather and I said no problem, how can I get into the building so I can wait inside (rather than in the hot sun, as it had already stopped ra

  My wife and I have called DOMA home for the last two years. During our time, management exchanged hands three times. The building was brand new when we first moved in, and there were certainly plenty of growing pains. While I have experienced some of the same issues raised by other tenants, I believe many of them can be attributed to shoddy construction beneath the faux-luxury finishing (which sadly seems to be a common theme around New Jersey.) The current management company did not inherit the building in the best shape, but I have seen them make the best of it to turn DOMA into a more livable space. I have appreciated the addition of amenities like a gas grill, an espresso machine, and a standing desk in the lounge during our time.<br>This review wouldn't be complete without a special shoutout to the super of the building, Miguel.
