  Working with Kasia was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Kasia was incredibly professional and responsive to answer any and all questions we had.<br><br>Kasia personally booked and accompanied us to numerous house showings (no matter how far away) and offered valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions when putting in offers which in return helped us find and close on our first house in less than three months (two of which were purly awaiting closing).<br><br>Kasia even went above and beyond during our final walkthrough by rescuing us from an unexpected mouse encounter -- something we definitely won't forget (but in case we do, I have a video recording of it haha!)<br><br>Beyond helping us find the perfect home, Kasia was also an amazing resource when it came to recommending reliable contractors which made the transition into homeownership so much smoother.<br><br>We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and now friend. We highly recommend Kasia to anyone

  For anyone looking to buy or sell property, I wanted to pass along a strong recommendation for Kasia Nowakowska. I recently worked with Kasia and was just impressed by her professionalism, market knowledge, and most importantly integrity. Kasia is a truly honest and trustworthy agent who prioritizes her clients best interests above all else. She is extremely responsive, skilled negotiator, and beyond all guided me through every step of the process with complete transparency. In an industry and extremely difficult time where you feel so much pressure, Kasia was a breath of fresh air. I spent 3 years with another agent and got nowhere. I changed my agent to Kasia who listened to my concerns and understood what I was looking for. Within not even 2 months I had a signed contract for a house.<br><br>I can't recommend Kasia enough.
