I've had such an amazing experience at Ivy Rehab! After tearing both my left and right ACLs about a year apart, recovery has been a long journey, and they've helped me grow so much stronger and more confident along the way.<br><br>They push me just enough to challenge myself while always making me feel supported. Everyone is so welcoming, easy to talk to, and truly knows what they're doing. I'm so grateful for all their help and couldn't recommend Ivy Rehab enough!

Cathleene is an exceptional physical therapist, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care she provided. I came in with a complicated shoulder issue and received conflicting guidance from different doctors, but Cathleene stayed with me every step of the way. She was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and patient, helping me make sense of my options and guiding me toward a treatment plan that actually worked.<br><br>She answered every question I had, no matter how small, and built a consistent, manageable regimen that I could stick to. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I've regained nearly full range of motion, strength I thought I had permanently lost, and my pain has been almost completely relieved. I'm now close to 100% recovered -- something I wasn't sure would ever be possible.<br><br>Beyond her skill, Cathleene's personal demeanor made the entire process easier. She's kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients' progress. I highly recommend her to anyone in need
