Food disgusting . Service horrible. I tipped the lady and I guess the amount didn't suit her so she added an extra 20 dollars to it. I was dumbfounded. Save yourself the money, this place is NOT WORTH IT .

The receptionist was rude and abrasive. I only asked that she direct our party to our table and I got this huge speal about them not allowing people to "stand around". She talked down to me as if I were a kid being told off. This is not acceptable at all. I am a respectful individual and have never been addressed in this manner. This young woman does not belong in this job as she is a discredit to your facility. She is a downfall and because of that, we will not be returning.

Pier 115 is an electric bar vibe for friends, young couples and singles. It's right on the water with exceptional views of manhattan to sink in!<br><br>Their wood-fired pizzas are so delicious! And everything else too! The fancy cocktails and fun music makes it a great place to hang out with your tribe. Summers are lovelier here because you can sit on the deck over the water and just enjoy the manhattan skyline views.

Cant say enough about this place. Its a really good time here with a good view. Although they dont' have a dress code you'd still want to come here and show out just a tad bit.

As a customer of Pier 115, my experience was beyond disappointing. The environment from top to bottom felt disorganized, tense, and unprofessional. You can immediately sense when leadership lacks structure, and unfortunately, that tone trickles down into the overall atmosphere.<br><br>What stood out the most was overhearing ongoing internal confusion regarding employee documentation and W2 information. It was unsettling to witness what appeared to be staff members unsure about basic employment matters. Transparency and professionalism should be foundational in any establishment, and the lack of it was noticeable.<br><br>There was also visible tension between management and staff, and it created an uncomfortable dining experience. When bias and internal issues spill into the customer space, it reflects deeper systemic problems.<br><br>Overall, the environment felt chaotic rather than welcoming.
