  I highly recommend Frances Barto, she is an outstanding Lawyer! Highly knowledgeable about the IEP process and children's educational rights. She has represented us in various IEP meetings for the past 3 years. Frances goes above and beyond answering emails and communicates very well with the school district. She is extremely helpful and supportive guiding us through this sensitive process.
