I tried to get a quote for solar panel installation services. Initial communication and information was very good. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that the homeowner would not be present at the initial estimate. I wanted to set a date for when the home owner would be available but the gentleman then proceeded to hang up on me. There are too many solar panel companies to choose from to deal with that sort of customer service.

Best solar company in NJ! I talked with 3 other companies before working with EcoGen. They are the only ones that answers my questions and didn't try to sell me something on the first call. The design process was really easy and their communication exceeded my expectations during the installation and permit process. Extremally happy with my new solar panels. 10/10 recommend!

Honestly the best experience we had dealing with Ecogen America. We dealt with a bunch of different solar companies and EcoGen has the absolute most genuine staff. I would recommend to all my family and friends.
