  Natalya is an amazing realtor! she is knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating and resourceful! she made the home buying process for us first timers an easy and exciting process! she worked around our schedules and always had helpful insights to offer.   We used Real Estate agent Natalya Cruz from Coldwell Banker to sell our condo in Danbury, Connecticut. We found Natalya through her excellent local newsletter. It was not only obvious that she had a great knowledge of the area, but also a positive attitude. We contacted her, and she responded with a fantastic marketing plan that delivered us multiple offers. She was there for us every step of the way, and always responded to our texts and emails right away. The whole process went very smoothly, and we could not recommend her more highly,
