  Will Stuart deserves the highest praise for his professionalism and expertise in handling the recent sale of my mother's home. Will's keen eye and knowledge of the market ensured a quick sale well above our asking price. He was available whenever we had a question or concern and always responded with respect for even the most mundane questions.   I can safely say that Will Stuart is who you would want for your listing agent OR buyer's agent... even both simultaneously.<br>I have an aversion to agents so was nonstop home searching for well over a year- all alone.<br>I finally found a perfect home in a perfect town and thankfully Will was the seller's agent.<br>While his priority of course was for the seller, Will was there for both my husband and me from the moment I first found the house(sign was not even up yet).<br>This was not just a real estate transaction. It was a home meticulously cared for by the owners that chose the land and custom built it 26 years ago.... filled with art, antiques and held all the love and memories of raising a family.<br>Yet somehow through a major milestone change for both parties, Will managed to fairly and calmly hold everyone's hands throughout the entire stressful process, be fair to both parties, and flawlessly smooth out all the bumps. All while getting the seller their Above asking price.<b
