  I did Invisalign with Dr. Buffong back in 2022. During the final stages I let him know that my bite feels misaligned- my upper and lower back molars do not touch. He insisted they are fine.<br><br>I recently went to a different dentist and was told my bottom front teeth have been hitting the permanent retainer behind my upper front teeth which led to a big CRACK going down my left front tooth. This could have been avoided if my concern about the bite misalignment was taken seriously.<br><br>My new dentist also mentioned whoever did my Invisalign left really deep dents in my teeth when they removed the attachments. The glue for those were also left on some of my teeth for years.<br><br>Dr. Buffong did straighten my teeth but now I'm left with damages that need to be fixed. I would not recommend this practice for Invisalign.

  I went to this doctor in mid-November and I waited there for about half an hour even though I was the only one there and I had this appointment for weeks. After waiting, I was seen by the dental hygienist and was told the dentist would be seeing me shortly. I was told later on that the dentist had left the office for the day. The hygienist told me that the dentist would look at my X-rays and give me a call shortly. The call never came and I still have no idea if everything checked out OK. I called 2 more times since then and requested a call back from the dentist and the call never came over a month after the fact. Awaiting my large dental bill for a dentist I never saw. Stay far away!<br><br>Update: I went to a new dentist 6 months later and I had 4 XL cavities and 1 root canal. She said that at the time I had my X-Rays done at Dr. Buffong's, they would have been very minor and not an issue to fix... Too bad he never told me the X-Ray results...
