I am new business owner, and am looking to aquire business insurance. I called Rance, and asked to speak with phillip. Someone picked up the phone, and was so nasty, and non-helpful. Borderline disrespectful. Wouldn't answer any of my questions, and when I asked if I was able to speak with Phillip, the male on the other end said, " I can't help you buddy", and hung up on me. Now after looking up this info, I realize the kind of person I aas dealing with.<br>I'd suggest no one use this circus of an agency as they clearly don't know how to treat fellow business owner.
