I am extremely pleased with the installation of my sump pump and waterproofing drainage system from Vulcan Basement Waterproofing. Victor was so patient with all of the questions I had. His knowledge and years of expertise showed as he addressed all of my concerns in a very professional manner. The crew that installed the system were very hard and very thorough workers. I'm so glad I called Vulcan! Victor is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.<br><br>I had contacted multiple companies before finding Vulcan, and unfortunately, most of them seemed more focused on selling me services than actually understanding and solving my problem. Whenever I asked questions, they couldn't give me clear answers.<br><br>Victor was completely different. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. His focus was simply on identifying the problem and finding the right solution.<br><br>That level of honesty, knowledge, and professionalism is hard to find. Final result after companies took advantage of elderly. 2inch thickness cement floor that is the REason why it all cracked I'm sure they didn't put mesh wire . Basement floor all crooked . Big mess! Horrible job!<br>Thank they are the nerve to seal the crack with cork gun! Shame!

An extremely reputable, knowledgeable and honest company. Victor Sa came by my house today take a look at some cracks in my foundation, gave me honest advice and did not try to over sell me on services that were not needed. I greatly appreciate his insights and advice and would absolutely recommend him to neighbors and friends. The next time I have a need, he is my first call.
