  A bit disappointing and frustrating. I tried to explain Dr Trela the many complications I have and the need of a blood work to check. She instantly responded that they have so many limitations?!? What? Then I asked why? She said she will not order nothing she should not know how to interpret! So, am I going to be treated based on the limited and basic knowledge of this doctor??? She was even difficult to refer me to specialists...<br>I've been with one medical for a while now and this is the first time I find this level of either incompetence or lack of willingness to help!<br>In the end she ordered even the wrong tests!

  Do not go to Dr. Jennifer Trela. She was not a considerate or supportive doctor. I explained my existing health conditions and requested a simple work-from-home note, which my employer had already approved pending her sign-off, yet she refused to provide it.<br><br>I also followed a treatment plan under her care and requested a test of cure slightly earlier than usual because I was actively trying to conceive and wanted confirmation that the treatment was successful before moving forward. She refused that request as well.<br><br>I am thankfully now pregnant, but when I later requested another work-from-home note due to difficult first trimester symptoms, she again refused to help. Throughout my experience, I felt dismissed and unsupported as a patient. I would not recommend her to others looking for compassionate or patient-centered care.

  Excellent service and staff. Highly recommend it. I've been waiting for years for One Medical to open a location in north Jersey and it did not disappoint!

  seriously. NJ location where most professionals who live in the area work in the city and they open only weekdays until 4:30pm? who is this for exactly. i've been a member since onemedical started many years ago and was happy to see a location nearby. !!
