DO NOT GO HERE. THEIR CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO.<br><br>Horrible experience today. I always get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails because I hate the feeling of tips. The tech told me I will need a new set because one nail was lifting. This would have been only my second fill in on a new set but I said ok because I am going on vacation the tomorrow and I don't want to have issues. She then started using a thin metal bar type thing to remove the overlay, literally YANKING off my natural nails too. I told her this is hurting and if it's not easy to take off then I should be soaking them first. She ignores me and proceed to insert this metal piece to take off the next two nails. Once she got to my ring finger, she was digging the metal piece into my nail until I noticed some blood and told her to stop this is way to painful and unnecessary. She just gets up and gave me a bowl of acetone to soak my other hand while proceeding with still try to take that nail off. When I told

I've been coming to Lucky Nails Spa since 2020, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is always good everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they consistently do a great job. Their prices are super affordable, especially for the quality of work you receive. If you're looking for a nail salon that's reliable, professional, and reasonably priced, I highly recommend Lucky Nails Spa!

The only nail salon I go to. The salon was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and the quality of the work was amazing. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend this nail spa.
