I recently ended service with Nery Landscaping after repeated issues with professionalism and communication. They were not consistent on showing up on the agreed bi-weekly Wednesday schedule, and when they did, it was often without any notice--once showing up at 7 a.m. the next day without explanation. There was no effort to communicate these changes, and on several occasions they would leave without collecting payment or confirming anything. The lawn work itself was satisfactory, but the lack of reliability and respect for time made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. This review is intended to help others have a clearer picture when considering their services.
