  Christine is very knowledgeable about her profession and explains what she is doing and why. She is open to answering any questions. When the session is over you feel like a million bucks and that your skin is glowing. I recommend her to anyone and all.

  I booked an appointment after calling ahead and specifically asking multiple times if I was scheduling a facial WITH a dermaplane add-on. I was assured over the phone that I was.<br><br>When I arrived, I received a standalone dermaplane service instead of a facial. There were no extractions or other facial components, so the service I received was not what I had been told to expect.<br><br>Afterward, I explained the miscommunication to the front desk, hoping for at least an acknowledgment or apology. She didn't even look at me even when I explained that's not what I was told on the phone. Even a simple "I'm sorry for the confusion" would have gone a long way. And she didn't even say have a goodbye or goodnight when I walked out the door.<br><br>Also, toner was applied to my skin after the dermaplane which I felt a burning sensation instead of a proper cleanse after dermaplaning. I've received many facials before and I never felt any burning sensation after dermaplaning because there wa

  Scheduled a facial with a new aesthetician for 11:00 am on a Sunday at the River Edge location. Was informed at 11:05, after I arrived and was checked in and sitting in the waiting room, that the aesthetician couldn't make it in today and there was no one else available. Offered an "enhancement" for a future facial as compensation for my inconvenience. No explanation as to why someone could not have called me before I drove to the appointment, especially since it was not an early morning appointment. Pretty poor response.
