Very disappointed with CareRite Companies and the complete lack of professionalism and communication. I've been calling the phone number listed on their website during normal business hours on a Monday just to ask about an important matter, and nobody answers. The phone rings endlessly before sending you to an automated answering machine. No live representative, no callback, and no urgency whatsoever.<br><br>This experience alone says a lot about how this company operates. I would not recommend working for this company, and I definitely would not recommend sending your family members to any of their rehabilitation facilities. It honestly feels like all they care about is money rather than helping people or treating families with respect and compassion.<br><br>Healthcare companies should prioritize communication, professionalism, and patient care, but based on my experience, CareRite completely failed in all of those areas. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
