They came over the weekend on a warranty call, took my $100 deductible and I never heard from them again. Was expecting to get a phone call back the same day in an hour as told. They didn't respond to an email later that night asking what happened with the warranty. Called warranty company a few days later to find the claim was closed due to uncovered part.
