Between my family members and I we have seen four providers here and only one has been nice and compassionate and took the time to listen to what's wrong and explain things. Every other provider, specifically the male provider, I'm not sure of his name has been absolutely awful. Anna Wolfson is very kind anytime I have seen her. I have gotten the correct treatment and she is so so sweet. The other two women that I have seen have been very rude. I have felt rushed. The man tried to send me away with a Z-Pak and told me it would help me. I went to my primary doctor the following day because something was very wrong and I didn't think I needed the antibiotic. Turns out I had hand foot and mouth and a few days later broke out and blisters absolutely everywhere. It was terrifying and if I didn't trust my gut and go to my doctor, I wouldn't have known what to expect or what was happening to me. Once I tested positive for covid, I was treated very rudely, forced to mask and rushed out of the building. I did not appreciate being treated like it was my fault for having covid. Please make sure others like me are treated with compassion and understanding. I have never had an issue like this before at your facility and I hope next time is better.

I visited urgent care today for a skin infection. The staff was very kind, attentive, and took great care of me. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this urgent care.
