  My experience working with Yassei and Yassir at Optimum Motors was mixed, hence the two stars.<br><br>They were straight to the point and fair, and I genuinely enjoyed working with them at the start of the buying process. Unfortunately, the end of the transaction was highly disayisfying because of major logistical and communication failures.<br><br>Specifically, I paid Optimum upfront for my vehicle's delivery, which was promised to take one day. Instead, it took four days with very little communication or updates. To make matters worse, the transporter was scheduled to deliver the car on Friday which caused me to stay home all day and awake all night (to not miss him) because the transporter never showed up or called to report a delay. The car was finally delivered the next day.<br><br> The most consequential issue occurred at delivery.<br><br>Because the dealership failed to pay the transporter as agreed, I was forced to pay an additional $325 out of pocket just to take possession of

  I had an amazing experience at this dealership and I genuinely can't thank them enough for how much they helped me out. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth, honest, and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. I ended up purchasing a BMW M5, and the whole process couldn't have gone better.<br><br>A huge shoutout to Yassein, who went above and beyond for me.   Do not buy anything from them they are scammers sold me a car that's not even safe for me and my kids to be in the road will be opening up a case with the state about their license to sell. They are going to get people hurt
