Please, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY<br>As a new home seller, I fell for the co-owner Sonia's calm, polite demeanor instead of following my instincts. She speaks calmly and politely to you but I learned the hard way that she really has no interest in working hard for her client- all she wants is her commission.<br><br>Apparently they call people like her dinosaurs in the real estate world from what I hear because their methods, knowledge of the market are all inaccurate and outdated. Her lack of competence really shined through this experience. I was selling an 8 bedroom home, but she pulled comps for 4-5 bedroom homes, telling me that was probably the best I'd get. Little did I know EVERYONE In the real estate world clearly knew there was NO inventory and it was clearly a sellers market, so she should have taken full advantage of that fact to help me as the seller sell my home at a fair price given that fact. In the end because we sold to buyers that "she already knew and were intere
