The team down tho or their appointments. You arrive 5 min ahead of your appointment - they don't treat it as an actual appointment. They make you wait... An appointment should be an appointment.

I booked a signature massage, bikini wax, pedicure, and oxygen facial. Nelly was my technician and did all my services.She was great and knew what she was doing. Spent 4 hours with me. They charged me for a spa day at a very reasonable price. And they gave me grapes. It's not a huge place but they have clean comfortable treatment rooms and almost full service including hair salon -- everything except for a whirlpool and CBD massage, which I'm curious about. I've always been cringe about a bikini wax but Nelly couldn't have been nicer and did a great bikini wax. And the pedicure is chef's kiss. The oxygen facial included blackhead removable and while I can say it wasn't comfortable, the blackheads that have been on my nose forever are gone.
