  We worked with Behar to survey our property on two different occasions. The group is highly communicative, on time, and delivers quality reports. I could tell the care their team puts into their work by the sheer time they were on site both times, ensuring everything was perfectly documented and recorded.   Behar's team was helpful, responsive, and very kind. They were able to accommodate with our tight closing timeline.   I use these guys to help me with the survey when a house burned down in Jersey City and they were great. Later, I reached out to them to do a survey for my home in Wyckoff. They reached back out to me to let me know that there was record of a survey done in 2021. I found this record and it was sufficient for my project. Saving me quite a good deal of money. This company is highly honest and a pleasure to work with.

  I bought my home in 2021 but I never performed a Survey.<br>I hire Behar to do my survey and my experience was so amazing!!<br>Later on I found the deed of the house and number match perfect with the ones that Behar survey did !! That means they know what they do and what professional they are!!!<br>Iam so happy I hire them !! Nina is a sweet lady .. they finished all my requirements in less than 2 weeks ...<br>100% recommended!!!
