If I could give negative stars, I would. This was, without exaggeration, the single worst and most destructive experience of my life as a first-time homebuyer. My advice to anyone even considering this company is to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. AVOID SEONG JIHYEON AT ALL COSTS.<br><br>As a first-time buyer, you rely on your realtor to be your advocate. Instead, I discovered that she not on my side whatsoever. "Negotiation" was a word she apparently did not understand, as she barely lifted a finger on my behalf.<br><br>A monumental moment came after the inspection. When an outlet was inexplicably disconnected from the wall, leaving a gaping, undeniable hole, she had the audacity to gaslight me to my face. She insisted, with a straight face, that the hole had always been there. This was a bald-faced lie. Any human being with a pulse and a pair of eyes would have noticed a massive cavity in the wall.
