  After making an appt 30 days ago for my 17 year old son. I was called the same morning of my appt stating they couldnt accept him because he's not 18. This facility didnt have the decency to check this before scheduling the appt. Made us waste our time and couldnt resolve his health issues.

  I had a good experience. The staff was efficient and a large clean waiting area.<br>I had my first visit with Dr Ronit Friedman(gyn) and she took her time and had an extensive background work up planned for. Knowledge and caring. The 2 most important attributes in a Doctor.<br>My next visit was to Dr Alyssa Foster as my new primary care Doctor. Again she spent quality time with me.<br>The follow up and response time is good.<br>If anyone judges Doctors by the receptionist they are missing the big picture.

  The experience for me was one that I did not expect. The receptionists were very frigid. Especially the Chinese woman who looked at me like why are you here. No smile or nothing. The young man that asked me to come into the doctors office was the only pleasant and concerned person that I met. He treated me like a person not like an object of nothingness.
