  I really wanted to like this place. The restaurant looks great inside, and we were looking forward to trying the sushi before going to a concert. We weren't there for hibachi--we sat in the bar area, which was nearly empty aside from maybe two other tables, and ordered drinks and a few simple appetizers: two basic sushi rolls and an order of wagyu sliders.<br><br>We specifically ordered something quick because we had a concert to get to, but the food took an extremely long time and never came out. Eventually I got up and asked them to cancel the food because we could not wait any longer. An employee told me the food was ready to come out and offered to box it, explaining that they were very backed up with sushi orders.<br><br>I paid the bill, which was about $81 before tip, thinking the food would be brought out immediately in a to-go box. We waited even longer, only to find out that the sliders were ready but the sushi still wasn't. At that point we had no choice but to leave.<br><br>

  Today I had the worst possible experience at a restaurant. We asked the cook to use gluten-free soy sauce in our food and he simply refused (even though the product was available), which caused a huge discussion at the table. All because of the cook's arrogance. Unbelievable. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you have any kind of dietary demand, please avoid this place.<br><br>In response to your message, I spoke with the restaurant manager during the incident, but this did not resolve the problembecause the cook continued using regular soy sauce, completely ignoring our request. This only made the situation worse. We didn't eat what we ordered and I paid $382.94 for the worst dinner of my life.

  This restaurant is over priced for some meals.<br>The waitress services were bad.<br>We waited so long to order our meals.<br>The food is tasteless, appetizers were ok, not great.<br>I will definitely NOT return to this place.

  As we sat and waited for our chef we noticed the chefs weren't that friendly at all. When ours came and my husband said no egg for mine he acted like it was a inconvenience and another person from another party spoke up and said that's not ok she doesn't want the egg and he began to go back and forth. Then we ordered the entree and noticed we never received our rice and when asked we were told they only give it if we ask for it. But keep in mind we paid extra for the fried rice. At this price point the only thing that was worth it was the drinks.

  Stopped in on Sat for a meal . Was seated right away which is great . The waitress came took drink orders and then food orders . The hibachi cook came out and attempted to verify orders but seem confused . Put the wrong food even on some plates after verifying . My daughter ordered white rice which she would have never gotten had i not flagged down another employee since our waitress disappeared . Food was ok / average . Service was poor from the waitress but not from her coworkers who were bailing her out .

  We had a great time celebrating a family birthday here. Our waiter, Jeremy, was very friendly, attentive and made our first experience here great. The chef was also great (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name) and so sweet with the kids at the table. Food was tasty and the price was good!!
