This office went downhill ever since Dr. Frisch left. My Ozempic ran out and the new doctor would not renew my refill unless I see him. My appt. is in 2 weeks and I'm not sure what he's going to discover in 2 weeks!!! Bureaucracy at its worst.

This clinic has some of the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff I've dealt with anywhere. I arrived exactly at my appointment time and checked in politely, only to be met with immediate attitude. The front desk woman (Black woman with poofy/frizzy hair) sighed, rolled her eyes, and even softly slammed her hand on the mouse before asking my name -- making it painfully clear she didn't want me there and I was somehow bothering her just by existing.<br><br>Then the medical tech brought me back and managed to butcher my extremely common English name -- think "Mike" or "John" level simple -- and didn't apologize or attempt to fix it. She stayed cold, uninterested, and unprofessional the entire encounter.<br><br>And unbelievably, while checking my blood pressure -- a process that takes maybe 10-15 seconds -- she pulled out her phone and started scrolling through Instagram/social media right in front of me.
